Easy to set up and use

HSBC Kinetic was the easiest bank account to set up, especially as the main high street banks were still struggling to make appointments during the pandemic. The app is straight forward to use and it is pretty easy to contact HSBC directly through the app. My impression so far is good. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022

Great experience overall

Love the app and the process was fairly simple. I wish though that the desktop client was more on par with HSBC Advance or at the very least being able to access everything on a desktop browser as I can on the mobile app. Reviewed on: 31st March 2022

Excellence in banking

I have decided last year to open the first business in my life. I had no idea I could open a business account just by touching my iPhone screen, as I am not very computer literate person. My bank, HSBC, whose client I’ve been for the last 6 years, since I stepped as a Registered Nurse in UK, explained everything so beautiful about HSBC Kinetic as I’ve started the registration for my business account straight away. The process was easy, safe and I had no trouble so far. The HSBC Kinetic is amazing, very clear, easy to follow account, easy to play with. I’ve told few friends about it. Thank you HSBC! I'm really pleased with the services that the HSBC Kinetic account offers. I decided to go with them as my first business account and I cannot be happier! It is very user-friendly and straightforward. But the feature I like the most is their chat support. They're always replied very quickly and always give me good advice as well as solve my problems.
