With a HEY Credit Union personal loan, you can borrow up to £20,000, repaid over terms up to ten years. Interest is only charged on the reducing balance and there are no penalty fees to pay off your loan early.

The staff are very good a calm and wait for the customer to inform them which and what service they require. When you ask a question and the staff members doesn’t have the answer they will ask other members of staff if they can assist the customer. Reviewed on: 16th June 2025

Their team was professional, friendly, and always available to answer my questions. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained, and I never felt pressured at any point.
