I've used heycu for years.

I've used heycu for years. It's simple easy and convenient. The staff have always been amazing super helpful and just all round lovely people. I use the childbenefit plan and it's so convenient and simple. I apply for the loan , switch my child benefit payment to credit union and that payd off my loan, and the extra goes into a savings pot that I can access anytime. A loan for my garden makeover

Now that I’m semi retired I’m finding managing my garden a bit of a problem so decided to give it a make over. I applied for a loan from HEY credit union to get the job done.It really couldn’t have been easier, it was quick and the staff were so understanding and friendly.The loan was in my account within days. I’m now in the process of getting quotes knowing I don’t have to worry about not having enough to get work done. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

CU have been amazing every time.

CU have been amazing both times i required a loan. The first one I took out to replace my boiler even paid back interest when my loan was paid. They have always been very supportive and kind during any conversations we have needed, they have walked me through every decision and helped me greatly. Reviewed on: 21st May 2025

Very helpful representatives

During a very difficult time due to the loss of my husband I found myself in need of financial deficit and needed a loan, the credit union representative was very understanding, helpful and friendly and talked me through the loan and repayment information and application, making it less stressful for me.
