I visited the office l needed money for my son's fun...

I visited the office l needed money for my son's funeral who had died suddenly the staff where so helpful helping me to sort out the paperwork especially as l was finding it difficult due to my distressed state to remember password etc. Left the office with a loan all sorted with no need to return to sign paperwork as l live out of town.
