My son loves Hyperjar!

My son was getting very frustrated that I kept forgetting how much Birthday money he still had available to spend, Hyperjar has solved that problem! I can easily keep track, he has a bit more independence and any extra he gets for chores or from Grandparents can go straight into his jar and the cash doesn't get scattered around the house. My 6yo also loves it to keep an eye on the money she gets from the tooth fairy! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2022

Kids’ understanding and independence

My kids had cash strewn around their rooms. Rather than treating it with value, it was more of a collectors’ item that they would squabble over and never have with them when they really needed it. HyperJar has totally changed their appreciation of money and we’re now able to have better conversations around saving, spending, and budgeting. We also don’t have cash being lost in their rooms, stolen by siblings, or argued over like we did - makes for easier parenting - and funds are always to hand if they choose to treat themselves. Easy to use and great to teach kids about money

Easy to use, freedom for my daughter whilst learning how to manage her money and fee free. Easy to set up and transfer money in and out. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024

give kids access to a payment card with low risk

Easy to use and setup, quick to transfer money onto it, and it works just like a normal payment card. No fees if you use reasonable sized transfers, and a lost card is easy to lock and only £5 to replace. No interest, but we use this more as a payment card that a savings account. Great service but fees for transfers a little high

Great service for keeping an eye on your children’s spending and teaching them to save using their own specific jars. It is a shame that we get charged for transfers less then £10 though. Reviewed on: 12th March 2024

It’s good for kids who likes to be more independent.
