Very easy app to use.

Hyper Jar is not a real banking app.

Hyper Jar is not a real banking app. My sons can't transfer money.to a friend with an account from a different bank, can't use it if the establishment sells alcohol or tobacco, not even to buy a soft drink, and it frequently fails altogether, though Hyperjar blames the merchant. The cards have been copied by a high street chain but Hyperjar could not be less interested. Works okay when my children are 9 years, not at all now they are 15 years. Reviewed on: 29th March 2025

Brilliant for kids

I set up a hyperjar account so we could get a bank card for our 8 year old. As a lot of places are cashless now, this allowed us to put birthday money into an account that they could use. Really easy to setup and great features. Reviewed on: 29th March 2025
