Review of the HyperJar, Childrens account:

Great Account

We got the HyperJar Adult Account as we wanted to open up a Children’s Account. The Adult Account let's you transfer money in and add it to jars so you have different pots of money abd it allows you to navigate the ChildrenAccount. I dont use the Adult Account to its potential as it's mainly used to load my son's card. Our 12yr old son LOVES his hyper jar card. It helps foster independence and money management. He loves being able to transfer money into pots as he's saving for a new console. We transfer money into his account, via the Adult Account, once he's completed his weekly jobs and he carries it everywhere with him. The contactless card is great for getting a bus when public transport is now cashless and popping to the shop. The app is so handy for keeping track of what is being spent, too. Customer Service is so helpful. I had to contact them once and they resolved the issue immediately. All in all, Hyper Jar Adult and the Children’s Account has been great for us, as a family. Highly recommend, great for kids

Hyper jar is great for the children, I put their pocket money on there so they can spend as they want. It really is so easy to control. You can keep check on where and what they spend. I spoke by text to customer service just yesterday and they was great, answering my questions. I honestly highly recommend hyper jar, unlike some others where you have to pay a monthly fee, you just pay £4.99 for each child card and that’s it, no other payments. Kids live using their own card. One of mine also use it to pay for his school lunch in canteen as they don’t except cash. Can’t fault it honestly. Reviewed on: 19th April 2025

Great experience, quick resolution to my issue and the advisor couldn’t do enough to help. Fantastic service and great customer support. what makes this even better is that unlike other children’s accounts this is 100% free and I have complete control over my daughters account and she can see how much she has with her very own app Reviewed on: 18th April 2025

Hyperjar, Our 1st choice and a 1st class service.

Hyperjar was our first choice from the start and we've been with it from its early days. All 4 of our children have had a card with Hyperjar, giving them total independence over their own money while we as parents could oversee transactions. It is easy to add money to jars and also to make different jars to save for a myriad of things. We have never had a problem with the app and have received help, easily and quickly when needed.
