Fast straight forward and efficient.

Arranged travel insurance day before our 2 week family holiday. Online form simple and I could get covered for pre existing medical conditions at a very competitive price. Very satisfied. Will use again. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019

I travelled to Romania for a wedding and got my insurance with Insure and Go. When out there, I never imagined I would meet the love of my life there! Wanting to extend my holiday and stay longer to spend time with him, insure and go made the process of extending my stay seamless. They even managed to find me suitable flight from Craiova - from which flights are hard to come by and definitely not regular. The customer service was exceptional and in credibly helpful and detailed with their options whilst remaining clear! I have never had a simpler and easy to navigate travel insurance website, that gets me the information that I want to see in easily presented fashion. I have mine set to auto renew and they send me a email before hand to remind me. The staff are super nice and very helpful Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019
