Travel Savior

I travelled to Romania for a wedding and got my insurance with Insure and Go. When out there, I never imagined I would meet the love of my life there! Wanting to extend my holiday and stay longer to spend time with him, insure and go made the process of extending my stay seamless. They even managed to find me suitable flight from Craiova - from which flights are hard to come by and definitely not regular. The customer service was exceptional and in credibly helpful and detailed with their options whilst remaining clear! Simple and easy to use

I have never had a simpler and easy to navigate travel insurance website, that gets me the information that I want to see in easily presented fashion. I have mine set to auto renew and they send me a email before hand to remind me. The staff are super nice and very helpful Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019

Straightforward

Clear, consise and human

I’ve used insureandgo for the past 4 years and have found there customer service on new and repeat polices excellent, derive agent know exactly what they are talking about always offer best policies for the person rather than most expensive. That have offered personal service when having to change due to health issues on policy and are alway polite. I haven’t had to use them for a claim, hope not too, but would expect same level of service. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019

Excellent customer service
