Clear, consise and human

I’ve used insureandgo for the past 4 years and have found there customer service on new and repeat polices excellent, derive agent know exactly what they are talking about always offer best policies for the person rather than most expensive. That have offered personal service when having to change due to health issues on policy and are alway polite. I haven’t had to use them for a claim, hope not too, but would expect same level of service. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2019

Easy to deal with!

I found the process of obtaining a quote, including seeking telephone clarifications from their Help team very easy and straightforward. Prices for multi-trip cover were reasonable, and I've renewed for a second year. Fortunately I've not had to make any claim and so felt unable to award 5 stars with no experience of claims handling, but so far they seem straightforward and professional with none of the dubious upselling tactics I've experienced with other insurers. Excellent range of insurance covers to suit any kind of travel or holiday plans. Great & affordable prices for cover that beats a lot of other competitors.
