I have used Insure and go for the last 4 years now and keep going back because they are compatible if not better on price as most of the more well known insurance companies and having recently lost my mother and had to cancel my holiday they dealt with me with compasion and understanding explaining what I needed to do and what I needed to send in to them. They dealt with the claim very quickly and also advised me on a couple of other things I could claim from the airline which I would not have known. Been with them a few years now as I need specialist travel insurance. Correspondence easy to understand, price competitive and if I do need to contact them they are always professional and courteous. I have used several different companies in the past for my travel insurance but when i discovered Insure And Go, I was delighted with their affordable prices, ease of application, clear terms and conditions, and excellent customer service.
