Very strate forward

Flexible, affordable and reliable

I have used this company regularly as I have found that they have excellent products that suit all the various needs of myself and family. When called upon to make a claim they were fantastic and so supportive while away and when back home and went beyond what I expected ... the EHC call centre was so difficult and they made things so difficult so InsureandGo stepped in and made a difficult situation so much easier with support and guidance. I could not have asked for more (note claim 2014 . Norway) For this reason I use them now for all my travel insurance ... they are flexible, affordable and reliable as well as being so very helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

Slow to pay

Slow to pay out and will no pay for the taxi to the hospital which was not on a bus route out of pocket by £150 will not use them again pore help centre Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

Excellent value
