Superb help and advice when needed assistance

I previously had cover for several years but never needed to claim. Then last year while visiting family in Singapore, I became ill and in addition to having to see doctors and tests in hospital, I was unable to fly home on my due date. The company dealt with my son efficiently and were extremely helpful and sympathetic. The staff gave good advice and even arranged a taxi to take me home from the airport when I eventually returned to the uk. Obviously I had very good cover, but in an extremely stressful situation, the staff really made a huge difference. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

Exceptionally helpful staff and great value

My wife's birthday (which pushed her past the age range) was a few weeks after after our renewal quote so I phoned insureandgo to ask them if the cost of the insurance renewal would rise but was told that as my wife age at the renewal was OK that there would be no change to the renewal quote.
