Great Value Annual Multi Trip Travel Insurance

Have had my annual multi trip travel insurance with Insure and Go for a few years. I have a medical condition and they cover this for a minimal fee. No other company are able to match Insure and Go price and the cover they provide. Great value and the Customer Service from staff is always excellent. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

I spoke to a lady who was brilliant at dealing with my problem

A few weeks before we were due to go on holiday we got news to say my husband's brother had a terminal illness and wouldn't live long so we didn't know if we would get on holiday or what to do. I rang customer services and explained the lady I spoke to could not have done more for us if she tried. She told us the best thing to do . She even emailed me some things after speaking to her supervisor. I honestly didn't expect to be treated so well by an insurance company, one that just wasn't after your money. We did get away on holiday but it was good to know our options and the help was there for us to which I was most grateful. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019
