I fell in Singapore and broke my ankle, needing pinning and plates. insureandGo paid for operation and all other expenses promptly as well as sending a nurse to escort me back home, flying business class. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019

Professional and outstanding service

I will only take insurance through this company, as after my experience that I couldn't start my holiday, i now can go ahead and rebook another and no that i will enjoy and feel safe that i have an excellent sense of comfort with these professional people taking care of me if needed, amazing truly amazing, thankyou guys for helping with my claim to allow me to go back to having my lost 50th birthday holiday through medical infection. Comprehensive cover

As a frequent traveler I wanted a policy that covered more then the usual with extended stays of 60 days. The policy covered my children at no extra cost a big Big plus, especially when families like ours operate on a budget. The bonus for me was on renewal receiving a loyalty discount as an existing member. Great cover, great price.

We've used Insureandgo holiday insurance for many years now. They're so much cheaper than the travel companies own insurance but that certainly doesn't mean you get less cover. I've claimed a couple of times - one was for hospitalisation in Spain. The help and support provided by Insureandgo was second to none and the bill was settled between the hospital and themselves without me getting involved - excellent.
