The proof is in the claiming

We have purchased annual travel insurance through insureandgo for several years now. Whilst always a worthwhile product to have, you never really know the value of a good insurer until you have a claim. I was taken ill just prior to a trip one year, and so we made a claim. I mistakenly thought that the policy limits were for the total of all insured parties, and not per person, and so that is what I claimed for. InsureandGo realised this, and sent me a cheque for the correct amount, with an explanation of why I had been sent more than I claimed for. It is this experience that will keep me going back to them when my policy needs to be renewed. Reviewed on: 21st July 2019
