A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Credit when you need it

Having just had the Jaja credit card for a short while, I am glad to have it. Registration and setup was simple and easy. The app keeps you informed about purchases and authorised payments. The rewards are fun, whilst reminding you to try and spend responsibly. Hopefully it will be a good card to keep. Reviewed on: 19th April 2026
