A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Haven't had any issues whatsoever with JaJa, but don't really use it that often, want to keep spending to a minimum and only use it for online purchases where possible. But overall it has been a good experience although interest rate is a little high, but I guess that is the price you pay for not having a great credit score. Reviewed on: 13th April 2026

“I’ve been using this credit card for a while and overall my experience has been good. The application process was quick and easy, and I received a response fast. The app is simple to use and helps me keep track of my spending. One thing I like is the flexibility with payments and clear information about fees.
