A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Communication

From the beginning Jaja finance has been good to me but the last 3 months the lack of communication from the specialist team after temporarily restricting my card has been bad. I would have liked for this to be resolved a very long time ago as it could be a small issue that could be easily avoided.
