A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. I’ve had a good experience using Jaja Finance credit card so far. The app is easy to use and makes it simple to track spending and manage payments. Happy wth service. Easy to use. Using the App is easy and I have it the information I need at my fingertips. Card in wallet, statement and if I require pin easy to find. Payments are easy and credited instantly. What more could you want. Able to get cash back with certain places and opportunity to win via discover points/ rewards each month.
