A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. No problems

I’ve had no problems with jaja, although a new customers i’ve had plenty of time to use all the assests and the app is very easy to use and understandable. Reviewed on: 11th April 2026

So, Basically I applied for the jaja credit card during the application process they want my id for identification but I didn’t have any id that time so i just closed the Tab and when I try to open my application there was no such option how to proceed to next step and then I called the Jaja customer service the lady was so polite and professional she guided me on phone and help me out till the end of my application.
