A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. I found JAJA a very easy process to apply for a credit card. The application process was easy not difficult to understand. I have found that the customer service good. Prompt and polite personnel to speak with and very helpful with any questions you may have.i also like the concept and theme of my credit card coming from another galaxy and dimension.its look cool and unique in all black.
