A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Jaja credit card company is excellent those are using this credit card they all are very happy because they don’t charge any extra fee only just charge when peoples are paying late or direct debit decline then they will charge over late fee or interest otherwise they will not charge any extra fee and last thing is i’m very happy to this company Reviewed on: 9th April 2026
