A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Jaja Credit Card works well overall, but I found the number of notifications a bit excessive. The alerts can feel frequent and sometimes unnecessary, which makes the experience less smooth than it could be. Good credit with not so good APR

They gave a decent credit limit. The APR isn’t great, but keeps me from going above my limits. It’s a good option to build credit again. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
