A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Jaja has been the most user friendly credit company

Easy to use

Easy to set up the account and manage online. However, can pay online by selecting my bank and sending money manually as well as by the normal direct debit. Always get notified when payments are due. Only downside has been that I can’t link it to money management apps. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
