A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Absolutely love it, helped me so many times! I’ve had a good experience with the Jaja credit card so far. The application process was quick and straightforward, and the app is really easy to use, which makes managing spending and payments simple. I like that everything is clear and easy to track in one place, especially if you’re trying to stay on top of your finances. There’s no annual fee, and using the card abroad without extra charges is a nice bonus. It’s a good option if you want something simple without lots of complicated features. That said, there are a couple of downsides. Customer service can sometimes be slow to respond, and there aren’t many rewards or perks compared to other credit cards. Also, some people might find the starting credit limit a bit low.
