A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. I’ve had a very good experience with Jaja Finance. The app is easy to use, and everything from checking my balance to making payments is straightforward. Transactions update quickly, and I like how clearly the information is displayed. I haven’t had any issues so far, and overall it feels like a reliable credit card for everyday use.
