A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card

A pathetic excuse for a travel credit card, customer service is only available during GMT hours and any replacement cards can only be sent to a UK address, useless if you’re abroad and the card is broken or lost. My case: they locked the card due to fraud and said it was due to VISA. Told to find a VISA atm to unlock, wasted time doing that. Nothing. Stick with reputable bank not these idiots. Credit card for poor rating and gives you a chance.

A problem I had lately wasn’t resolved and correspondence was few and in between. That being said, having poor credit rating and JaJa providing me with a card has helped. Therefore I appreciate what that have done for me in general. Thank you. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
