Made my shopping easy

Klarna to me mean a peace of mind. Not only I shop with more confidence in terms of my security of my money but also I make my purchases more 'affordable' by splitting the payment. Reviewed on: 29th July 2021

Great until you need to speak to customer service

Twice I processed a payment through their app to pay the balance of my account and twice the payment did not process but Klarna did not inform me it had failed and passed it to debt collectors causing my excellent credit rating to drop by 11 points. When I called to find out why the payment had not processed she couldn’t tell me because she does not have access to “that system”, neither could she escalate it. She also could not tell me why a direct debit had been set up on my account, it was basically the most pointless unhelpful customer service call I have experienced in a long time. Up until this point I thought they were great but I wouldn’t purchase anything through them again. Reviewed on: 29th July 2021

Easy, reliable and hasselfree

I love using Klarna, it is very easy just select it as the option during checkout and its done. Also sends notifications when it's close to the due date of payment. Its hasselfree. Reviewed on: 29th July 2021

Over the past year I have used Klarna several times, it’s quick and easy, the app is very well structured and designed, Klarna will help you with spreading the cost if you want something that’s unaffordable to you in one month and spreads it’s over a set period of months to help you get what you desire and you not breaking the bank, I have recommended Klarna to family and to friends who have also gone on to use Klarna several times Reviewed on: 27th July 2021
