Had issues with customer service regarding items tha...

Had issues with customer service regarding items that were returned but I was still charged for via pay in 30 days. When speaking to customer service I found myself at a dead end as they would charge me and refund me when the return was processed - which took a long time due to an error on the sellers behalf not Klarna. Other than this I find their service to be very good and reliable but would like to see some improvement customer care wise. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024
