Try not to use. A credit card would be better

The concept of the app is great however they are continuously changing your limit and you’re not even aware so if you plan to purchase something you may not be able to. Eg I brought a light paid it off the a month later went to buy another and it wouldn’t go through. The company also don’t offer any protection for lost parcels. I didn’t receive my items and the store wouldn’t respond. Klarna refused to investigate like how your bank, PayPal or a credit card would as they said it’s not their place. Dont buy with klarna

Klarna isn’t consistent

Klarna isn’t consistent with their choice to offer credit. One month I can shop and even though I’d pay of everything (even early) I’d get rejected for a new purchase. I don’t understand this, and it feels very bias as I do live in an area where a majority of people are either very rich or very poor. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

Could not imagine a life without Klarna!

Klarna has been the most helpful thing for me. If you haven’t quite got the money for something you really need or want, klarna lets you pay for it a little later than usual or even in 3 instalments! Truly a deal breaker Reviewed on: 4th August 2023

No need for a credit card

I found Klarna is so convenient to use. It has made my credit card redundant. The repayment is easy and flexible. There were times when I struggled to pay back on time, there are options of extend the repayment date free of charge option. Also the customer service is excellent. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023
