Customer service was patient with me.

When opening an account, I had to jump through hoops. For a new migrant, having proof of address from utility/council bills is challenging. Customer service was patient with me. We got there in the end. Given you are a digital bank, if migrants could open account before we arrive to the UK, you could potentially have more customers. Reviewed on: 16th March 2024

Bank with Kroo for unrestictive and low cost banking

Kroo do not have restrictions or fees as I have expereinced with other banks, e.g.: Natwest. Their App and functionality provided is very user friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 16th March 2024
