Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be...

Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be reactive to missing features that they then address and include, i.e. Saving Pots. Great Interest rates for positive balance in my current account, Excellent overdraft fees when compared to the aging 'mature banks' that effectively rip customers off.. Excelllent customer service

Ever since starting with Kroo, I’ve been provided with excellent customer service and a great platform from which to do my banking. There is often a lot of hype with challenger banks, but Kroo’s clarity and simplicity really sets it head and shoulders above the rest. Reviewed on: 15th March 2024
