Account opened in minutes!

I was impressed by the 3.03% on balances up to 85k so I opened an account. The sign up process was really easy, I downloaded the app, filled out my details, took a picture of my driving licence and recorded a short video. It said that it would take up to 10 days to review my application, but I got a notification 5 minutes later to say the account was open! I transferred some of my savings over right away - I’d highly recommend. Reviewed on: 11th February 2023

Laughable customer service

Best bank

I have accounts with 4 different banks and I transferred all of my money to Kroo as it is the best place to keep it. High interest rate and good customer service. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
