Useless

I have perfect credit score here in the UK and this wannabe Monzo bank told me that they can’t offer me an account. I don’t understand why and they wouldn’t say so I guess they don’t even have process of new applications in place. They said within 24hrs they will answer me whether the account will be open or not.
