Simple UI and onboarding process

It was easy to be on on boarded and the app is very simple and easy to use Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Kroo equals Simplicity.

Everything about Kroo is simplistic. No fancy frills and gimmicks. They tell you as it happens, which is good to know, and don’t pull the wool over your eyes either. The actual setting up of your account is also very understanding. You get to pick your own PIN number, when setting up the account, so no going to the nearest hole in the wall to change the issued pin with one you will remember. Kroo makes it very easy to transfer money from account to account and it takes seconds to do. All in all would I recommend Kroo to anyone, “You bet your bottom dollar” I would. Plus with all this hassle free setup and service makes for a safe haven to keep using Kroo as your bank. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

A fun way to bank.

Nightmare

Opening the current account was difficult and time consuming. Asking for too much identity proof and address verification and even a video in real time and they still come back and say they cannot verify my identity. Thien it comes to title. I have been a Captain for over 40 years but Kroo does not have the ability to add that is just ridiculous. When they finally inform me that it has all been done and . I left it as that and all my this verification drained me and my enthusiasm just depleted Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
