you,re never to old to change at Kroo

I was with the Natwest bank from 16 years old and changed to Kroo just over a year ago. with the Natwest i earned ZERO interest, now with Kroo I earn 4.35% interest. Oh did i tell you that I am 66 years old, well you do the maths heaven knows how much interest I would have earned. it was very easy to open the kroo account and as a 66 year old tech can be very frustrating but not with the Kroo app it is very user friendly. Wish I'd changed bank sooner

Well done to the Kroo Crew!

I had a card issue, or more the merchant provider did. I reached out to Kroo in the app, not really expecting much of a reply. However, they were in contact within hours, opened up a case, kept me updated along the way and solved it in a few days. Really was refreshing service, from a mainstream.bank I use who takes an hour to answer a customer services phone call! Well done Kroo!
