Scam bank. Farming reviews here

Scammers locked me out of my account been 10 Months so far lucky I only had £200 was jn the process of transfering my money to my main high street bank and got locked out. Had 20 chats with customer service (Only available contact option) They send A.I replys and do not follow up. SCAMMER BANK Reviewed on: 19th January 2024

Good app & customer service. Lack of products limiting

Kroo's app is very good, if limited by its lack of products. Contacting customer support is easy, the ability to split bills is simple and useful, the lack of products other than a current account is limiting HOWEVER the 4.35% interest on account balances is fantastic and simplifies the account's use- no need to regularly move money to the account from a saver.
