Very versatile, and easy to use account

Very versatile, and easy to use app. Looks great and is functional too. Haven't had to use customer care as nothing has gone wrong! And being given the opportunity to invest and be part of the Bank itself is a nice touch. I travel a lot for work and it's functionality and clear view on fees whilst abroad have made it my primary account, having moved away from my traditional account I've had for over thirty years. Block my account for no reason

I transfer money from my business account to this personal account. I open with this bank soon. The money arrive the account go under review and block my account for no reason trying to explanation no explanation no help and every time I ask saying the account under review. By the way, the account is New. Reviewed on: 12th February 2024

Kroo is the future !

The app is extremely seamless and intuitive. It is simplistic enough that the user experience feels nice and smooth, but still has many features such as the ability to apply for a loan and the newly released Pots functionality. Reviewed on: 31st January 2024
