Easy, focused, and a pleasure to work with

Nobody thinks of insurance as a nice thing but today we need to work on either self insurance or actually purchasing a policy, and with the frequency of both theft and damage, ensuring you are fully covered for replacement is very important. Laka is easy to reach and open with their answers to questions. I haven't needed their actual insurance yet, and am grateful. Hopefully, I never will! But in the meantime I know I have replacement up to my stated value and transparency on costs and even my share. Something unlike any other insurance company I have ever used! Great insurance :)

Fantastic provider of cycle insurance, I love the way the premium is low and only based on the amount of claims in a given month which means you're not paying through the nose. Also love the Strava group and the membership where you get little perks such as discounts for shopping cycle stuff. Reviewed on: 1st August 2022
