Exceeded expectations

I had an injury on the bike a month ago and Laka was straight to the rescue. They were incredibly quick to respond to my claim and my contact was friendly, caring and so helpful. Quick, efficient, good value

Laka have been excellent right from the start. I insured my electric bike with them because they were good value, offered additional accessories insurance, and are transparent in their pricing. My bike was then stolen. They paid for a replacement quickly and helpfully. I was really upset about my bike, but Laka made the experience less traumatic. I recommend them to all my friends. The Laka Team makes a difference compared to other insurance and service providers in effectively communicating, providing excellent and efficient customer service whenever I need support with my bike I use daily for commuting.
