Honestly wowed by the setup, convenience and overall ethos of Laka - just so different to every other insurer. So transparent regarding cost of claims and where your premium comes from. Really feels more of a community than an insurance. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

Laka is really light touch but incredibly reassuring. I love the fact that the insurance is linked to the number of claims, which gives the belief that they are true to their word and not there just for profit! I've not had a claim yet, but came to Laka on the recommendation of a friend that had her bike stolen. The ease with which Laka dealt with the claim was astounding. Hopefully I never need to, but I'm confident if I did need to claim, Laka would be on my side. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
