Although I haven't had a claim with Laka, they were very helpful when I signed up - helping me select the right options for me and they are very clear with the monthly payments. It is also very affordable and grest value for money! Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

Seamless claims

Unbelievably great service

I was hit by a car from behind whilst riding on Monday evening. Reported the damage to Laka Tuesday morning and settlement was agreed within hours. They also provided great help and advice on how to recover other uninsured losses from the drivers insurance. 11 out of 10 for service and without doubt the best response from any type of insurer I have ever used. All insurance policies should be like Laka

Laka is the best insurance company I have used, you can change your policy anytime and it is instantly updated. You have a cap on the maximum you pay per month but only pay for the claims that were paid out in the previous month. Why don't all insurance policies do that. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021

Laka have a great idea of how insurance should be and they seem to make it work with their fresh approach. All my communication with them has been quick and easy. While I have not yet had reason to put them to the real test with a claim, I have every confidence that should I need it, they will continue to be fair and reasonable. Reviewed on: 1st October 2021
