I was dubious at first as you hear many horror stories about insurance companies over charging each month and then not paying out when you make a claim. Laka are defo not one of these companies. I have unfortunatley had to make a claim and from start to finish it was easy and seemless. The staff were quick to respond, non obstructive and extremely helpful. They couldnt of been more of the opposite to my pre concieved image. In a good way I hope to never speak with them again but im happy in the knowledge that if I do need to make another claim they are there to help. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Laka is great, they're very affordable and transparent about where your fees are going. They've got some great perks and have always been super nice any time I've contacted them. I love the service Laka provides. It’s so simple so sign up, such a straightforward website, and they’re very transparent in regards to how the money you pay every month benefits other cyclists. It’s hands down the only bike insurance I’d ever use. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Great, simple, cost-effective cover

Fantastic idea, I like having a fixed lower-upper cost and knowing that some months my insurance is cheaper than others as opposed to other providers where i’m quote astronomical prices all year round. The levels of cover offered are great and whilst i’ve thankfully never had to claim (fingers crossed) it is great knowing they’re there to help when needed and have always been quick to respond to any questions i’ve had.
