I needed to log a claim following some damage to my bike. Laka responsive and quick and proactive with communications there was no increase to my premium as a result of needing to claim. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Easy interface, no confusing jargon

Really easy to get a quote and add gear to a policy. Everything is laid out very clearly without confusing terms. The way the pricing is set is also very clear and you know the most you pay but will often pay a bit less! Excellent service. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

Laka - Transparent and Flexible

Laka are fantastic. They cover everything i need when it comes to cycling; bike, equipment, liability and they make it easy to see where my money goes/ how my premium is calculated. Even though i wont, i could cancel at any time which means I dont feel trapped into a policy i dont want. Reviewed on: 18th September 2020
