I had a serious accident on my bike approximately one year ago. Laka were there to support in every step of the way, and they were incredible. If you cycle regularly and want a more modern, transparent insurance model (‘community’ style), Laka is among the better options in the UK. It tends to bring good value, especially if you don’t expect to make frequent big claims. The customer service is well rated, and the straightforward claim process is a plus.
