Laka has super clear and concise messaging, you know what you're getting and the breakdown of what you're actually paying for. It's simple to get set up, I feel like I'm in good hands. It has been so amazing.

It has been so amazing. I've had many bikes stolen in London and since Laka I feel much more secure taking my bike out. The staff are all excellent and friendly helping in a situation where you feel frustrated and upset. Really I can't recommend it more highly. Reviewed on: 1st August 2025

Great website. Easy to set up cover, business model depends on all claims for that month which seems fairer than other insurers. Not super proscriptive and trying to catch customers out either. Absolute no brainer if your bike is central to getting around in a big city. Reviewed on: 1st August 2025

They have been brilliant at handling my three claims when my bike was repeatedly targeted, really kind efficient and helpful. The little things like paying for my bike hire whilst waiting for a replacement made the world of difference. Reviewed on: 1st August 2025
