Perfect service all round.

Perfect service all round. They are experts in handling claims. I’ve unfortunately had to use them twice and both times have been a doddle. It makes the experience of owning an expensive bike in london much less stressful. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

I have had to make a few claims through Laka. Every time their customer service has been excellent and the claims process has been seamless. Laka operates as an insurance company should; provide insurance and pay out without complaint or avoidance when you need them. I wish all insurance companies were like Laka. I have purchased third party liability and it is amazing value and it is nice to think I am covered if I get in an accident. The process is so easy and every cyclist should have at least the third party liability. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Luckily I havent had to claim through Laka, but I have plenty of cycling friend who have and they have nothing but good things to say about Laka. Hopefully I'll never have to go through the claims process, but if I do, atleast I know I'll be in good hands. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024

Great experience with Laka after stress of stolen bike

My bike was stolen from a communal bike shed in my flats. Police and building management weren't particularly helpful in investigating, but Laka had me back up and running on a new bike in no time. Completely stress free experience, good advice on similar bikes available, processed incredibly quickly. Really really appreciate it. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
