I have been a Laka user these past two years, and it's the easiest-to-use insurance provider I have ever dealt with! I love the monthly breakdowns and how user-friendly they make their statements/mails/follow-ups. Filling a complain is super easy and their amazing customer service takes care of everything! Great innovative insurance!

Great setup process, simple, easy to understand, and fair. Customers pay a fair share to cover all claims across the base, which varies based on claims volumes. Enforcing use of quality locks etc should keep claims down. Reviewed on: 1st October 2024
