WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY

AMAZON AND EBAY NO LONGER ON LAYBUY. No Updates About This Given To Laybuy Customers. "DISGUSTING SERVICE" Been using this company about 2 years. All Has been good until a few months ago. Customer service is terrible. Refunds are difficult to get back from this company now. LayBuy has got worse over time. They recently contacted all there customers to update there passwords and a link will be sent to there emails to update the password. I never got the link to my email address on my laybuy account to update password. I contacted laybuy through there own app, plus by email 3 times, through trust pilot and even resolver complaints website. Still no reply from laybuy and I couldn't get into my laybuy account. Well over a week went by and still no reply of help from laybuy. Laybuy had sent the link to update the password to an old email address that was no longer connected to my laybuy account which incidentally I had already updated my email address in my laybuy a count. Eventually I had to contact yahoo customer services for help and they were able to grant me access to a dormant email address to get the link to update my security password on my laybuy account. It's abit sad you have to go get help from a 3rd party because the laybuy customer service where you hold an account with is so rubbish and unreliable and not interested in helping there own customers unless you owe them money. Laybuy also has issues on its platform regarding the date of birth section of its app. You're not able to insert your date of birth. You have to click on the back button through every month and year until you reach your month of birth, year and precise date of birth. So in my case I have to click through every month backwards until I get back to the year of 1968 which can take up to half hour to do. How redicolous!! They have been emailed so so many times about this but have still not fixed this simple matter in there app. Trying to get your refunds back is now a diploma course. You send them screenshots, item number or order number. But now you gotta go finding the tracking number from Ebay. Even then your not guaranteed to get your refund. I'm still waiting for £14.40. Should of had it within 5 days max. Its been 2 weeks and no refund. They have already ripped me off about £47 from last year. This laybuy company has given up the ghost on offering a customer service to its customers. There not interested in you as a customer only when you owe them money. My advice to you all is to only use this company for small orders. So if your due a refund, you won't be too stung when you do not get your refund if its just a couple of pound. If your going to order something expensive from amazon or ebay, then use PayPal. You got more chance of getting your money back in full than have to mess about with screenshots,tracking numbers and order numbers and not being guaranteed to get your refund back from Laybuy. So be warned people. NOW MY VIRTUAL CARD NO LONGER WORKS EITHER LOL AND ITS UP TO DATE. THINK ITS TIME TO CLOSE MY LAYBUY ACCOUNT DOWN AND MOVE ON. GAVE LAYBUY MORE INFO THROUGH TRUST PILOT AND THAT WAS A WASTE OF TIME. IVE BEEN LEFT HANGING LOL... STILL NO REFUND!! BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS NOW. IM GONNA PAY THIS LAYBUY WHATS OWED TO THEM AND THEN CLOSE MY ACCOUNT DOWN. NO POINT HAVING A LAYBUY ACCOUNT WITH NO EBAY AND AMAZON. THEY WERE THE ONLY TWO I EVER USED. TIME TO NOW DEPART COMPANY. "TAKE NO NOTICE OF THE REPLIES YOU GET ON HERE FROM LAYBUY. THEY ARE PRE-GENERATED TO MAKE LAYBUY LOOK GOOD AS IF THEY ARE REPLYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND CARE ABOUT YOU" ITS A PLOY. LAYBUY WILL NOT BOTHER FOLLOWING UP ON YOUR ENQUIRIES ON HERE. IVE BEEN LEFT HANGING FOREVER Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

Can’t believe I booked with laybuy travel with TRAVL...

Can’t believe I booked with laybuy travel with TRAVLR that was advertised on Laybuy back in march 2024 for a hotel reservation for June 2024 . I was checking with hotel last night 22may 2024 to be told they was no booking make the gentleman checked all methods and nothing I’ve contacted Laybuy travel and Laybuy and I’m getting no response or confirmation email of my concern and complaint.i was told to make a new reservation with the hotel so I didn’t encounter an issue on my arrival as I’m disabled . I’m so glad I checked but to find out this was a concern … and they charged me £195.40 and haven’t refunded this either. Ive never encountered a problem with this Laybuy company to now the only contact number was an Australian number on this Laybuy travel page. If this doesn’t get resolved then I will have to inform the uk regulators of this site. So I’ve requested my refund and no one is acknowledging my complaint and issue that’s of no fault of my own or the hotel it’s Laybuy travel . Fully payment was made also no booking this is terrible service from a company no customer gets back to your messages either . No acknowledgement from them also. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2024

Laybuy was really good until it got rid of Amazon and Ebay.. I never had a problem with them but now I just don’t really use them since they stopped offering the use of these companies. I liked how you could pay in 6, you could also push your next payment back a week or two without any charge (although I think they have gotten rid of this feature too!). It doesn’t have much use to me, I will use it occasionally but far less than I did before. Reviewed on: 16th May 2024

My account got hacked on 14th February & after numerous emails I've still not had any response! I'm now getting 5 late payment fees on my account a week!! My bank has blocked my card & logged fraud! Its a absolute disgrace not being able to get in contact with laybuy about this!! I will be closing my account if & when this gets sorted & will never use them again!! Reviewed on: 8th March 2024

If I could give no stars I would, Laybuy are yet to respond to my emails. I have read loads of over reviews from customers reporting the same issue. Customer service no such thing with this company It’s been over a month, I’ve had a duplicate order been added to my schedule which I’ve reported, I’ve not heard a thing not even a curtesy email. After a big data breach I contacted Laybuy to let them know my account had been hacked and there was a large order on my account. Since then they have ignored all my attempts to contact them. It’s fine until there is a problem. They have no customer services. Emails go ignored, their chat messages go unread and you just end up in circles using their FAQs. They have just had a data breach and many people have had money taken and unable to access their accounts. They are still taking my money but I am unable to manage my account.
