Excellent customer service

I have been with Leek BS for the entirety of my mortgage, and have never found an alternative provider that has been able to offer me a better value product. I have always received excellent customer service, and in a world of automated phone lines, it has always been refreshing to hear a friendly human voice simply pick up the phone straight away and say, "Hello."
